Thanks for having the website and forum. I teach family & Consumer Science and have done pizza with kids from 7th-12th grade. It is always one of their favorites, however not everyone's comes out great. I am still learning to help them make a great pizza every time. All advice is appreciated. Thanks Elaine

Hello Elaine. Welcome.

I have been doing pizza demos with kids since I first started to make pizza.

For a few years running, I co-taught a Life-skills cooking class and you know I incorporated pizza making into the curriculum.

At my high school, (Waialua High and Intermediate School, Waialua Hawaii), I am known as "The Pizza Guy".

At my school, I am happy to give pizza demos and teach kids to make their own pizza whenever I am asked.

I think I have more fun than the kids, to tell you the truth.

I have done pizza demos for 4 H clubs, Boy Scouts, Pre-schools and even Senior Citizen Clubs, to name but a few. Pizza appeals to all age groups. Pizza is a universal food.

I have created a web page that discusses, Learning and Pizza.

Here is the link:

You will find some great pizza resources.

If I can help you in any way, please don't hesitate to ask.
