Here's a pic of a Grimaldi's Margherita Pizza.

Grimaldi's is in Brooklyn, N.Y. They have a great coal fired oven.

The pizza was fantastic. Picture was taken while on the Slice of Brooklyn Pizza tour.

Here's a pictue of the crust:

The famous Grimaldi sign out front:

The pizza was great! The line however can be long. If you go with the Slice of Brooklyn Tour, there is no waiting. Otherwise, get there early.

I highly recommend Slice of Brooklyn to anyone who loves pizza.
