I know we will all benefit from having you here.

Everyone had to start somewhere. Even the best pizzaiolo had to make their very first pizza. So make pizza. Make mistakes and have fun.

That is what pizza is all about.

Now, whenever I make pizza, I think of what Chris Bianco told me in Legends of Pizza.
