Hey there!

Of all the pastas, lasagna has always been one of my favs.

I'm a big fan of home-made bechamel! Something about the nutmeg always makes me go crazy! This week I have a potluck I'm hosting. I've been mulling over my options for a dish all weekend, and I think I've decided to pull out a lasagna for my company.

Since I was new here, I thought it was a good opportunity to introduce myself, and also see if anybody has any interesting versions or variants of the traditional lasagna? I'm open to any and all suggestions.

I haven't decided if I am going to make it vegetarian or not. I guess I better decide soon!

Seafood, hey? Interesting.

That may be a good start, I have an awesome seafood market close to my house. Gets its fish super fresh.

I'm concerned that it may not be accessible enough for my guest though. Some of them may not be interested in seafood. One more day. I better figure it out soon! haha
