Does anyone have a recipe for Chicago hard rolls? I've made some pretty good Kimmelwick rolls, but haven't been able to duplicate those wonderful Chicago hard rolls that are a "must have" with Italian beef (I have a recipe for that, the REAL Italian beef - it rivals the flavor of Panetti's in south Chicago that I remember from the 50's).

It's not that the local grocery store doesn't have good rolls..... I just want to make them myself! You know?
