Well, lets say I suck!. I know what good dough tastes like.
I have been to all of the pizzarias in utah, then on vacation in florida (key west not very good),Las Vegas,San diego, colorado, wyoming, arizona.
I seem to have a real dense dough that taste funny.
It doesn't have that pro grade pizzaria taste or feel,it taste like home made crap.
Is there anything I can do to better this up because I'm losing motivation?.
Thanks.Jesse.
My response:
Sure follow these steps:
Rule 1: Follow the dough recipe EXACTLY as written
See this page, follow recipe EXACTLY also watch video:

Rule 2 Cook your pizza in an oven that has been pre-heated for at least an hour to 500+. F
Rule 3: If you live in a high elevation, use a bit more water.
Extra 2-3 teaspoons...
Rule 4: Read and follow Rule 1. Follow Rule 1 Exactly!
Let me know how you make out. _________________ "Pizza on Earth...Good Will to All!"
