Tagliarelle and Lobster

(Use Any Type of Pasta)

An Easy to Prepare, Tasty,
Pasta and Seafood Dish

Ingredients

  •  Tagliarelle, (Or your favorite pasta)

  • lobster, (or any sea food)

  • Parmesan cheese,

  • Cheddar cheese (optional)

  • butter.

Directions

  1. Boil 1 lb. (pound) of tagliarelle, or your favorite pasta
  2. Cut up a quarter to 1/2  of a pound of lobster. (You can substitute any sea food)
  3.  Butter a fireproof dish, and put some grated Parmesan and Cheddar mixed,
  4. Put in the tagliarelle (or your favorite pasta) and lobster in layers, and between each layer add a little butter. 
  5. Place grated cheese over the top, put it in the oven for twenty minutes, at 325°
  6.  Broil the top to melt cheese
